So instead of snacking on chips, cookies and sodas. Choose a healthy snack and drink. If your at work just take apples with you for when you get the munchies. Or precut up your fruits and take them with you. If you don't like sitting down to eat a banana then turn it into a drink. Just blend it add water and ice.
It didn't take long or much effort to prepare this healthy snack.
